Our History

1970

Desicon Engineering Limited was established, focusing on support activities in the infant Nigerian energy sector.

Desicon started providing electrical and instrumentation solutions to its clients.

1980

1990

Desicon signed an exclusive technical agreement with an internation electrical & instrumentation company.

Desicon signed 10 year local technical partnership with a multinational company, start bidding and executing EPC projects as a consortium.

2006

2012

Formation of Saidel to focus exclusively on shallow water/offshore projects.

Completed restructuring and business process reengineering by a consultancy firm as part of our growth.

2014

2016

Formation of Prezicon (JV with multinational modifications and maintainance services company)

Completed construction of a new ultra-modern office in Port-Harcourt which can accommodate up to 300 people. Marine Department acquired lay barges.
