The scope includes the design, engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the upgrade and assistance with start-up of the PLANT, and completion of performance testing of the Plant. the project covered the Obite treatment center, the Obagi flow station, the Gas supply unit (GSU) for the IPP, Ibewa production center and the interconnecting facilities.
